The firm provides legal services and consulting services to high net worth individuals,  corporations, limited liability companies, and other forms of legal entities requiring such services.  Mr. Merritt's experience and education include: (i) Management with International Business Machines (IBM), (ii) Attorney with a large international law firm (Piper & Marbury now DLA Piper), (iii) General Counsel of an international consulting company with locations in Europe, Pacific Rim, Mexico, Canada, and U.S., (iv) Senior Counsel with a top five international insurance company, and (v) Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, MBA in Finance, and BBA in Accounting, cum laude.  Mr. Merritt is a past Chair of the General Practice, Solo and Small Firm Section of the Florida Bar.  Additionally, Mr. Merritt is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.
